DongLin Lake, also known as Sihe Reservoir, was named after the adjacent DongLin Temple. The upstream of DongLin Lake is Jiayu River, a tributary of Jialu River in the Huaihe River basin. With a total area of more than 1,000 mu, DongLin Lake with its smooth and sparkling surface like a mirror and shape like that of a prancing dragon-horse, forms the core of the project. It is a veritable natural oxygen bar and a good place for visitors for boating and fishing by virtue of a large wetland and rich vegetation coverage.
